Fáilte - The Irish surf movie !

Couple of years after have looked around each wave and spot Vendée's place can offer to us during 6:00PM The Movie's shooting, our team change a little bit and come back to the water... But in another beautiful country : Ireland !
After the success 6:00PM has known in Vendée and after our journey in Ireland recently, Fany and I really would like to write Fáilte, the story of a band of surfers, who decide to leave France to discover the clover's country and its Celtic culture, looking for perfect waves to ride. Surfers, one by one, will confide us their passion for the sea, their addiction for the ocean and glide, as well as their point of view about this nature so particular.
Purpose of this movie is to transport you with us in this world so rich and so unique, to motivate you, by these images, to leave and discovering the other facets of this earth, but especially to make know, to transmit and to share with locals. Make known what ? The local sympathy and the typically Irish welcome, to show the quality of surf spots, make known the surfers committed in the project further to the division of their feelings in the movie, etc.
The idea to create a big project as Fáilte, to make him live and share him after several working months excites us, and the fact of having your support motivates us even more!
We need your help to propose you the best of the surfing movies, and to transport you on the other side of the English Channel, and to make you dream...? ;)
Breathtaking landscapes, Celtic culture known all over the world, waves, surfers having showed their international ability, a drone and cameras : all the ingredients are gathered so that this project is practicable.
You aren't more missing that !
Who are we?
The producers :
Jonneaux Mathieu , 24, Breton origin and fed sea water and pancakes with butter! Having grown up with the waves and the wind, I naturally head to the video from the age of 16, by shooting some surf sessions with friends. Inspired by Xaver Walser, I've perfect myself in the frame and improve my technique, looking for ever new perspectives. Waveski former competitor, passionate practitioner of surfing, stand-up paddling and sailing, my knowledge and my love of the ocean, coupled with some creative sensibility, allow me to reveal unknown sides of this stretch of water for the pleasure of all!
Fany Meil , 25 and also Breton, I am always passionate for photography. From a young age, I felt the need to keep a picture of my surroundings! I started with digital photography, then I discovered the analog film that gave me a different view, more precious ... and more unique! I like to freeze blur and beautiful details. Today, this project is close to my heart, to be able to combine my creative photography to video, but especially for you to discover this wonderful country of Ireland. My last trip really opened my eyes to the cinema potential of this destination!

Mathieu Babarit , 6 times World Waveski Champion : "I have been two times in Ireland. There are crazy spots everywhere !! Easky Left is my favorite wave, the background is legendary and silent, and the mouth of the river offers powerful sections on the wave. On this trip, the idea is to find good small reefs with hollow section and nobody outside, only us ! And also to meet some locals surfers :) "
Ben Carpentier , international competitor of Stand Up Paddle, a Breton resident on the SUP World Tour: "Pretty awesome project, I did Ireland two years ago around September, we had gorgeous waves ! I have plenty of cards with all the listed spots! As the country is wonderful ... And I have a little hidden spot with a crazy cliff in the background, it shoulds please you! "
Sam Guillet , Freesurfeur known in Vendée, former national competitor: "I have only good heard about Ireland and I have always wanted to go check it out... This is an opportunity to go there ! And we will see if the reception so legendary Irish's true!"
Lionel Angibaud, Waveski World Champion and former national competitor Stand Up Paddle: "I have-been in Ireland in 2010 to surf, but I stay on my hunger wave... Easkey Left seems crazy ! Mat Babarit talked to me a lot about this wave... What motivates me in this trip? Make beautiful pictures! I love the overall atmosphere in Ireland, this is why Ireland is my favorite destination! "
Stevie Portelot , renowned photographer and surfer in Vendee when he's not behind his camera : "I've never-been to Ireland, and I will prefer reef wave, wide to overhead size wave. Otherwise I expect from this trip to surf good sessions in an idyllic setting with friendly people and good barrels! Here's my wish list, now I take it there! "
Ismael The Runigo , Freesurfeur Breton windsurfer and Skateur: "Ireland and Britain Were always cousins in the soul I've never been there, the service goal shoulds be the Sami in my country I 'am looking forward to me into the water, be.! it windsurfing or surfing, the goal is to find waves with beautiful people! "

What's the money for?
During my last movie's shooting, I had no idea about the budget I shall need. Now, with hindsight and 6:00PM's experience, we were able to establish a projected budget, including the travel, accommodations, food, boards' and cameras' travel, etc...
The goal of this crowdfunding is first to fill expenses caused by the travel (boards, but also protagonists, vehicles, cameras), the expenses allowing us to sleep and to eat in a warmth and dry place, but especially to allow us to know "where we go", I mean if the project will affect you and interest you. That is why we propose you seats for the front first in the cinema, some DVDs, journey diaries...
The sum to reach for this crowdfunding does not include the edition of DVDs, nor expenses of copyright on the soundtrack, the cinema's renting, and added expenses external to the project itself. That's why we are also looking for sponsors, what would allow us to cover Fáilte project by 100%.
By the way, so fortunately and thanks to you, the collect exceeds 100 %, every additional euro helps us enormously for the distribution of Fáilte!!

Bonjour tout le monde !
Bon, on ne donne plus trop de nouvelles... Mais le projet avance à grands pas !
Le scénario est bouclé, les surfeurs sont impatients de se mettre à l'eau au pays d'Eire... :)
Les musiques sont presque toutes trouvées, le logement est réservé, il n'y a plus qu'à prendre le bateau !

Wouhouu, on a dépassé les 40% ! Et tout ça grâce à vous :)
On commence à voir la ligne d'arrivée, mais il nous reste encore un grand chemin à parcourir...
De notre côté, on donne tout pour faire parler du projet. On a même un petit article dans le Télégramme local ! Avis aux habitants du Cap Sizun ;-)
En tout cas, nous sommes heureux et fier de savoir la confiance que vous nous donnez, et de savoir le soutien que vous portez à ce projet. Continuez à faire passer le mot à vos proches !

Bonjour à toutes et à tous !
Déjà 2 jours de passé et vous nous avez déjà apporté plus de 15% de la cagnotte... On a dépassé la première vague !
La barre se lève pour la deuxième... Alors un petit jeu s'impose !
Pour réussir ? Parvenez à convaincre au minimum 2 personnes de votre entourage de nous aider dans notre projet en réservant une ou plusieurs contributions !
