Looers is a team of passionates guys who aim to diffuse Actions Sports, handicraft et cultures discovery. Founded in 2017 by a group of friends, Loosers is now a community that you are many to be part of.
Alternativa is the project of three Loosers to make a film/documentary about a South American journey outside the box to discover locals cultures, wilderess areas and of course waves.
26 yo, 175 cm, 62 kg, 44 on the left foot and 43 on the right one.
From a small village in Normandy, Noe gets a degree in International Action Sports Management. In love with the ocean and animated by a creative soul, he shaped a few boards in the shed he built with his father. Always feel at ease with digital he's now a digital business developer.
Handyman and green fingered, Noé nows how to live with his time but never forget to cultivate his garden.
Djayan CHIBOUB
23 yo, 182 cm, 72 kg, 44 shoes size.
From a ski and sailling instructor father and a stewardess mother, Djayan has naturally developped a taste for adventure and action sports. full of creatives ideas, he shows its best in film-making. Also graduated in International Action Sports Management, he developed his skills and eventually won film-maker contest. Kabyle from Picardy, he will fit any climate.

While making my study in Poitiers, I moved to the ocean and met Djayan and Noe at the university to get the same International Action Sports Management degree.
I learnt to surf with my brother and quickly felt in love and made surf my passion. It leads me to an internship in a surf media and I developped a taste for writting.
Keen observer and close to the nature I will be the eyes of the trio (better not count on others) !
The film
It start the 1st of December 2018 from Peru heading to Mexico along the Pacific coast, taking time to look around and seek wild forest, epic mountains and nice villages.
For us, traveling is like university of life. It will be time to learn about others like ourselves and also about nature.
To make it unique we will consider all alternatives options (from accomodation to food, transport etc.) This way we'll take all the chances to meet local people and their culture. Moreover we'll discover nature and biodiversity of every places. Naturally, as surfer, we dream of mythics waves and unsurfed ones.
Our film is about :
-Action/outdoor sports
-local cultures
-art (drawing, music, ..)
-DIY and gardening
-seeking wilderness area
Of course we want you to be part of the adventure. That's why we will make a web-serie, posting photos and articles during the journey and finallely bring back a film/documentary to illustrate our saga.
For us, enthusiastes film-makers, it will be a perfect occasion to improve our skills in short and long film making, and that will be thanks to you !
What's the money for?
The global budget is 26 000 euros to make a 45 minutes documentary. Thanks to our student jobs we can pay the flights, buses, accomodations, food... (we are looking for sponsorship for sport gear and insurance).
It's not about paying our hollidays ! We've already buy a camera, a stab, a drone but we still miss some stuff to make the film.
The crowdfunding gonna help us to buy the missing gear as a water-camera, a reflex camera with two differents lens filters and a computer dedicated to the project and to keep fresh news up.
- 5 502 euros is the minimum to reach if we want to make the film.
- 6 200 euros will allow us to buy accessories like micro and solar pannel.
- With more than 6 200 euros we'll get enough money for the inevitables ups and downs and pay the artists who'll create a wonderfull music for the film.We packed the best of the four season in the south west of France for you :
